肠内营养对腹内高压Ⅰ～Ⅱ级患者腹内压影响的研究

目的研究腹内高压(intra-abdominal hypertension, IAH)Ⅰ~Ⅱ级患者实施肠内营养(enteral nutrition, EN)对其腹内压(intra-abdominal pressure, IAP)的影响。方法 选取2011年1月至2012年1月急诊ICU收治的腹内高压Ⅰ~Ⅱ级且需要行肠内营养的患者37例,分别记录初始腹内压(N0)、稳定管饲肠内营养混悬液500ml后6h(N1)、12h(N2)、24h(N3)腹内压值。结果 患者腹内压N0: 15.2±3.6mmHg,N1: 16.3±3.2mmHg,N2: 15.8±4.2mmHg,N3: 15.1±2.1mmHg,测量值差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 肠内营养不增加ICU中腹内高压Ⅰ~Ⅱ级患者腹内压。
Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition on intra-abdominal pressure of patients with intra-abdominal hypertension grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ. MethodsThirty seven patients with intra-abdominal hypertension grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ required enteral nutrition were enrolled from 2011 January to 2012 January in our emergency ICU. The intra-abdominal pressure was recorded before enteral nutrition (N0) and at 1 h (N1), 12 h (N2), 24 h (N3) after stable enteral nutrition. Results The intra-abdominal pressure of patients: N0 15.2±3.6mmHg, N1: 16.3±3.2mmHg,N2: 15.8±4.2mmHg, N3: 15.1±2.1mmHg, there were no statistical significant differences at 4 time points (P＞0.05). Conclusion Enteral nutrition did not increase the intra-abdominal pressure of patients with intra-abdominal hypertension gradeⅠ-Ⅱ
