结节病与感染关系的研究进展

结节病是一种主要侵犯肺脏的多系统肉芽肿性疾病,病理改变为非干酪样坏死的上皮肉芽肿病变。关于结节病发病机制的研究有很多且存在争议,目前认为结节病最可能是感染、遗传、免疫、环境暴露等因素交互作用的结果。本文根据近年来有关感染与结节病相互关系的研究进展进行概述,探讨病原体在结节病中的可能作用机制。
Sarcoidosis is a systemic granulomatous disease predominantly affecting the lungs. Its pathological feature is the formation of non-caseating epithelioid granulomas. There are many researches on the pathogenesis of sarcoidosis, but the findings are controversial. There is a belief that exposure of genetically predisposed hosts to certain environmental agents might trigger excessive inflammatory immune responses in the hosts, consequently resulting in granuloma formation and sarcoidosis. This article reviews the research progress on the association between sarcoidosis and infection focusing on the causative pathogenic microorganism, and discusses the current understanding of the possible roles of pathogens in sarcoidosis
