老视治疗的研究进展

老视是一种自然的生理现象,也是中老年后必然出现的视觉问题,即因调节能力下降而引起的渐进性视近困难。目前,对发生机制虽有所了解,但尚不完全明确。本文就目前老视的治疗方法包括非手术、手术及中医疗法的相关研究作一综述,并提出视知觉学习在老视治疗中的临床研究,以及线粒体靶向抗氧化剂SS31治疗老视的研究,为老视的治疗提供新思路。
Presbyopia is an age-related visual problem which is a natural physiological phenomenon due to the reduced visual adjustment ability. This article reviews the research progress on the treatment of presbyopia, including non-surgical, surgical and traditional Chinese medical treatment. The article also describes the clinical study of perceptual learning for presbyopia, and the research of mitochondria-targeted antioxidant peptide SS31 to provide some new ideas for the treatment of presbyopia
