Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women. The occurrence, development, metastasis of breast cancer and its drug resistance are closely related to the intracellular signaling pathways, including the NF-κB signaling pathway. Insight into the mechanism of NF-κB signaling pathway is important for understanding the pathogenesis and seeking effective therapeutic targets of breast cancer.
