角质形成细胞在扁平苔藓发病中作用的研究进展

目的 扁平苔藓的病因及发病机制尚未完全阐明。角质形成细胞的凋亡、角质形成细胞与T细胞的相互作用、角质形成细胞分泌的细胞因子均可能在扁平苔藓的发病中起十分重要的作用。本文就角质形成细胞在扁平苔藓发病中的作用作一综述。
The etiology and pathogenesis of lichen planus has not been fully elucidated, but the apoptosis of keratinocyte, interaction between keratinocytes and T cells, various cytokines secreted by keratinocytes may play a very important role in the pathogenesis of lichen planus. The role of keratinocyte in the pathogenesis of lichen planus will be discussed in this review
