中医药适宜技术社区推广与应用方法的影响因素

目的调查上海市社区开展12项中医药适宜技术推广与应用现状,分析推广与应用方法及其影响因素,进一步优化中医药适宜技术推广与应用的路径。方法 采用回顾性调查、现场调研和小组访谈的方法,对中医药适宜技术在各家社区卫生服务中心的应用情况进行了研究。结果 接受调查的20家社区卫生服务中心在开展中医药适宜技术3年后,中医药服务量增加32.28%,中医收入占总业务收入比例同比增长5.08%,受治群众满意度增长36%。根据调查结果,分别从中医药适宜技术推广与应用的途径、模式、范围等影响因素进行分析。结论 中医药适宜技术的社区推广与应用为社区卫生服务中心带来了良好的社会效益和经济效益,从多方面进行优化后,值得进一步推广应用。
ObjectiveTo survey the situation of promotion and application of appropriate techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in Shanghai communities. Methods The promotion and application of 12 appropriate TCM techniques in last 3 years was studied by questionnaire survey and group interview in 20 community health service centers in Shanghai. Results After 3 years of promotion and application of appropriate TCM techniques, the usage of TCM service and related revenue in surveyed centers were increased by 32.28% and 5.08%, respectively. The satisfaction of patients was increased by 36%. The method, mode, scope and other influencing factors related to promotion and application of appropriate TCM techniques were presented. Conclusion The promotion and application of appropriate TCM techniques can bring social and economic benefits to community health service centers
