小切口椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折84例临床分析

目的 探讨小切口椎弓根螺钉在胸腰椎骨折内固定中的应用。方法 2012年5月至2014年12月间收治的84例患者,实验组44例使用小切口椎弓根螺钉内固定进行治疗,对照组40例使用传统开放椎弓根螺钉内固定进行治疗,对比两组患者的手术创伤指标及术后恢复情况。结果 经过治疗后,实验组患者在手术时间、出血量、住院时间等方面均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；且实验组患者的疼痛缓解状况较对照组更加明显,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 小切口椎弓根螺钉内固定具有手术创伤小,术后恢复快、并发症较少以及住院时间短等优点,是发生胸腰椎骨折后安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective To assess the application of percutaneous pedicle screw close reduction internal fixation in treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Methods Eighty four patients with thoracolumber fractures admitted from May 2012 to December 2014 were enrolled in the study. Among them, 44 cases in experimental group were treated with percutaneous pedicle screw close reduction and internal fixation, and 40 cases in control group patients were treated with traditional open pedicle screw internal fixation. The surgical trauma and postoperative recovery were compared between two groups. Results The operative time, hospital stay were significantly shorter and blood loss was less in experimental group than those in control group(all P<0.05). The pain VAS score in experimental group was lower than that in control groupt(P<0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous pedicle screws close reduction and internal fixation have advantages of small surgical trauma, rapid postoperative recovery, fewer complications and shorter hospital stay in treatment of thoracolumbar fracture
