乳腺癌相关基因RECQL的结构与功能研究进展

乳腺癌是女性最常见恶性肿瘤之一。研究发现RECQL(RECQ1,RECQL1)基因作为一种RecQ解螺旋酶,与乳腺癌的发生有关。该基因在细胞增殖、迁移、DNA损伤修复和染色体稳定性方面发挥重要作用。然而其功能与作用机制还有待于进一步研究。本文对RECQL基因的作用机制及其在乳腺癌中的研究现状进行综述。
Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women. Recent studies have revealed the relationship between RECQL gene and breast cancer. RECQL as a RecQ helicase plays an important role in cell proliferation, cell migration, DNA damage repair and chromosome stability. However, the function and mechanism of RECQL remains unclear.
