角膜基质注射的研究进展

角膜基质注射是临床上较为少用的一种眼部给药途径,主要用作常规给药疗效较差的各种角膜病的补充治疗。随着近年来对多种难治性角膜病认知力的提高,国内外学者对角膜基质注射治疗在近年来做了大量研究,本文从角膜基质解剖结构、生理特点、注射的药代动力学、注射的要点、临床及科研应用、存在问题及治疗展望等几方面进行综述。
Corneal intrastromal injection is not a widely used ocular drug administration route, mainly applied as a supplementary method for corneal diseases with poor efficacy after conventional administrations. With the increasing understanding of various refractory corneal diseases, the corneal intrastromal injection has been studied extensively in recent years. In this article, the anatomical and physiological characters of corneal stroma; pharmacokinetics, clinical and scientific research applications, related problems and treatment prospects of corneal intrastromal injection are reviewed
