焦虑/抑郁状态在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中普遍存在,可导致患者的生命质量降低,增加疾病的死亡率,引起日益关注。本文就慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并焦虑/抑郁状态的流行病学特点、发病机制以及诊断治疗进展等进行综述。
Anxiety and depression status are common comorbidities among patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Symptoms of depression and anxiety in COPD, which lead to impaired health-related quality of life and increased mortality risk, have drawn more and more attention. This article reviews the prevalence and potential mechanism of this association, and discusses the progress in diagnostic methods and treatment for COPD patients with depression and anxiety symptoms
