组织芯片技术检测SFRP4在人胰腺癌组织中的表达DOI: 10.16118/j.1008-0392.2017.04.008 Keywords: SFRP4 胰腺肿瘤 组织芯片SFRP4 pancreatic cancer tissue microarray Abstract: 目的 胰腺癌组织芯片检测SFRP4的表达情况。方法经手术切除及病理确诊的90例胰腺癌组织和对应癌旁组织标本,制成组织芯片,免疫组织化学技术检测SFRP4在胰腺癌及对应癌旁组织中的表达,分析其与肿瘤病理特征、预后关系。结果 SFRP4蛋白主要在细胞胞质中表达;90例样本实验结果显示,胰腺癌组织中SFRP4阳性表达率(31.1%)高于癌旁组织(14.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);本组SFRP4表达与胰腺癌患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、肿瘤TNM分期及预后无关(P>0.05)。结论 SFRP4在胰腺癌组织的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,提示SFRP4参与胰腺癌的发生过程。Objective To detect the expression of SFRP4 in pancreatic cancer by tissue microarray. Methods The expression of SFRP4 protein in 90 pancreatic cancer specimens was detected by immunohistochemistry on tissue microarrays. Results SFRP4 protein was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of cells. The positive expression rate of SFRP4 in pancreatic cancer tissue was higher than that in the tissue adjacent to carcinoma (31.1% vs 14.4%, P<0.05). The expression of SFRP4 was not correlated with the age, sex, tumor size, AJCC-TNM stages and prognosis of patients (P>0.05). Conclusion The expression of SFRP4 is up-regulated in pancreatic cancer, indicating that it may be associated with the carcinogenesis of pancreatic cancer
