前哨淋巴结活检在甲状腺癌中的应用

目前,甲状腺癌最主要治疗手段是手术治疗,但具体手术方式尤其在颈淋巴结清扫的指征和范围上仍存在分歧和争议。前哨淋巴结活检(sentinel lymph node biopsy, SLNB)对指导甲状腺癌的颈淋巴清扫术具有重要意义,其作为一种探索性技术,方法有多种,但目前国际上尚无明确统一标准。本文综述了SLNB的技术方法、适用性及诊断价值等在甲状腺癌中的研究进展。
Surgical therapy is the most effective treatment for thyroid cancer, but there are still no consensus on the indications and scope of cervical lymph node dissection. Sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB) may provide guidance for extent of cervical lymph node dissection, however, as an exploratory medical technology, it is necessary to set a precise criteria for performance of SLNB.
