将整合医学理念应用于肿瘤治疗的初步思考
The primary reflection on tumor therapy based on holistic integrative medicine theory

整合医学理念促使了既往部分医教研工作、活动从“有实践、无概念”到“有概念、有实践”的战略 推进。整合肿瘤治疗学即整合多种肿瘤治疗方法，身心并重，促进肿瘤患者的治疗及康复，是将临床治疗与环境 保护、戒烟禁烟、科普宣教、心理干预、营养治疗、姑息治疗、环境优化、亲属照护、社保投入、公益支持等多 个方面进行有机整合，涉及心理学、营养学、伦理学、环境学、宗教信仰、人文关怀、政策保障、社会支持等多 个方面，力求全方位多角度从多个环节延长患者生存期，并提高其综合生活质量。
The holistic integrative medicine (HIM) theory promotes the transition of some of the medical care, teaching , and research from the previous status of ‘having practice yet no concept’ to the status of ‘having both practice and concept’ nowadays. Holistic integrative tumor therapeutics (HITT) aims to integrate multiple tumor therapies, to take into account the physiology and psychology, so as to improve the outcome and living qualities of patients. Moreover, HITT should integrate the medical treatment and environment protection, smoking cessation, science popularization and education, mental intervention, nutritional therapy, palliative treatment, family care, social security, public welfare, and et al, which involves psychology, nutriology, ethics, environics, religion, humanistic care, policies, social support, etc. The patients will benefit from HITT to improve their overall survival as well as their comprehensive living qualities
