“miRNA—肾主骨—骨质疏松”相关性假说
A correlation hypothesis of “miRNA-kidney dominating bones-osteoporosis”

miRNA是一类具有调控基因表达作用的非编码微小核糖核酸，具有“肾精”理论的现代物质基础特征。研究表明，miRNA在骨骼发育、代谢过程中具有重要的生物学功能，这类似于中医学“肾藏精生髓生骨”过程。本文基于中医“肾主骨”的传统理论，结合miRNA在骨质疏松发病中的作用机制，提出“miRNA—肾主骨—骨质疏松”相关性假说，以期为研究中医药防治骨质疏松的机制带来新的启示。
miRNA is a class of non-coding microRNAs that regulate the expression of genes, characterized by themodern material basis of the “kidney essence” theory. Studies have shown that miRNAs have important biologicalfunctions in bone development and metabolism, similar to the TCM theory of “the kidney stores the essence, producesthe marrow and dominates the bones”. Based on the TCM theory of “kidney dominating bones” and referring to the roleof miRNAs in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis, we put forward a correlation hypothesis of “miRNA-kidney dominatingbones-osteoporosis”, in the hope of providing a new idea for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis with TCM
