中医院的医疗安全管理策略探讨

近年来，民众的自我保护意识逐渐增强，对医疗质量的要求普遍提高，这就要求医院要保证医疗服务的安全性和有效性。中医院作为我国提供医疗服务的重要机构，是我国卫生保健体系的重要组成部分，其诊疗安全和群众的健康状况密切相关。目前我国中医院医疗安全管理仍面临一系列问题和挑战，因此提出了完善中医院医疗安全管理的对策和建议，力求从根本上降低医疗风险，缓解医患矛盾，为提高国民健康水平服务。
In recent years, with the enhancing self-protection awareness of the public, they have higher requirementsof medical care quality, and ask the hospital to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medical services. Chinese medicinehospital is an important institution of providing medical services and an important part of our health care system. Themedical safety of Chinese medicine hospital is closely related to the health of the masses. This paper explores the issuesand challenges which Chinese medicine hospitals are facing in health and safety management, and proposes somecountermeasures and suggestions to improve the management of medical safety. We try to reduce medical risks radically,ease doctor-patient conflicts and improve the national health service
