我国全科医学教育面临的相关问题及对策

全科医学是社会文明的发展趋势，全科医学教育在社会医疗卫生体系中发挥的作用愈发明显。作者从探讨我国高等医学教育改革入手，立足当前全科医学教育和人才培养现状，分析存在的重要问题，提出相应的合理化建议与对策，为我国全科医学教育更加快速、有效、稳步协调发展提供参考依据。
The general practice medicine is an inevitable development trend of social civilization. The general practicemedical education plays an increasingly important role in the social medical health system. In this paper, the authorsdiscussed the higher medical education reform in our country and analyzed the current status and main problems in generalmedical education and talent cultivation. Finally, this paper put forward the corresponding rationalization proposals andcountermeasures in the hope of providing some references for rapid, effective, steady and coordinated development ofgeneral practice medical education in China
