对于受试者来说，无论是腰椎穿刺或侧脑室穿刺获取颅内压正常值都具有较大的伤害，有悖于医学伦 理。且目前临床采用的正常值区间范围大，其临床实际意义不大。因此，笔者对此提出质疑。
