一些药品说明书与行业标准或教科书相矛盾；用药标准与美国和欧洲用药标准相滞后；权威的用药标 准与其引用的出处相矛盾；指南偶有纰漏；药品使用禁忌与临床用药矛盾；皮试标准不一；超说明书药物使用泛 滥。因此有必要将药品的说明书、专业教材、专业指南，等等进行统一。
