医患诚信结构的医学人类学思考 ——基于中西方文化的比较
Medical-anthropological thinking of the doctor-patient integrity structure based on a comparison between traditional Chinese and western cultures

对中国传统文化和西方文化中的诚信构建和维系力进行了分析，提出不同社会文化背景中的医患 诚信观念的构建和维系力与本底文化有一定的关系。进而论证在我国当下社会传统文化和现代文明共存的境况 下，医患矛盾和冲突的发生是社会变革的表象，是文化变迁过程中文化适应的局部表现。希望此论证有益于医 患关系和医患诚信解读。
Based on an analysis about the construction and maintenance of the integrity in Chinese traditional society and western society, we propose that the local culture has an affect on the integrity between medical staff and patients, and there is different integrity culture between patients and medical staff in different society. So in China today where traditional culture and modern civilization coexist, the contradiction and conflict between medical staff and patients is the sign of social revolution and the local manifestation of culture adaptation during culture alterations. We hope that the argument would benefit the improvement of doctor-patient relationship and the interpretation of doctor-patient integrity
