“医药分家”是行政手段、管理措施、经济目的，是为了控制医院的不合理收入。从医学角度——治 病救人的需要出发，更应该强调“医药一家”。医药密切结合，有利于治病救人，有利于合理用药，有利于提高 疗效和抢救危重患者的效率。“医药分家”或“医药一家”，应该具体情况具体分析，区别对待。
Separation of prescribing and dispensing (SPD) belongs to administrative and management measures for economic purpose. The main aim is to control unreasonable revenue of hospitals. From a medical point of view, more emphasis should be placed on the union of prescribing and dispensing, in favor of saving and curing patients, using drug rationally, and improving the curative effect and efficiency of saving seriously-ill patients. Separation or union of prescribing and dispensing depends on specific conditions, that is, the two should be put into practice in different occasions
