细胞是无界限的
There is no limit between cells

传统的观点认为细胞之间的界限是分明的。但随着诱导多能干细胞理论和技术体系的建立，细胞分化、转分化和去分化研究进展迅速，体内任何细胞都具有多变性和超强的可塑性。这些神奇的发现提示了一种设想：即细胞之间本质是没有界限的。本文拟从细胞多变性的角度阐释细胞是无界限的这一个观点，并从细胞的发育遗传学基础、干细胞概念的模糊化、细胞变化的全能性和多样性以及对未来生物医学领域的价值等方面给予阐述和说明。
The traditional view is that the boundaries between cells are distinct. However, with the establishment ofthe theory and technology system of induced pluripotent stem cells, the research of cell differentiation, transdifferentiationand dedifferentiation is in a rapid progress and it has been found that any cell in the body has super plasticity. Theseamazing findings suggest a hypothesis that there is no limit between cells. This paper intended to explain the view fromthe perspective of cells’ super plasticity. Specifically, we made a description and explanation on the genetic basis of celldevelopment, the controversy over the concept of stem cell, the versatility and diversity of cell changes, and the value ofthe view in the future biomedicine
