Abstract:

肿瘤细胞在高代谢过程中产生了大量酸性产物,对细胞正常代谢过程产生重大影响。但是,肿瘤细胞的生长不但不受其抑制,而且还能利用抗酸机制增强其侵袭和转移能力。谷氨酰胺作为潜在的抗酸物质逐渐受到关注,深入研究其抗酸机制将为临床治疗恶性肿瘤提供新的靶点。
An amount of acid metabolite produced by the high glycolysis of tumor makes great impact on the commonmetabolism of cells. However, not only is the tumor proliferation not inhibited, but also tumor promotes its ability ofinvasion and migration through anti-acid mechanism. Glutamine, as a potential material involved in the progress of acidresistance, has been gradually focused. Further research on the regulating mechanism of glutamine will offer a new targetin clinical therapy of carcinoma
