“Spleen deficiency-mitochondria-aerobic glycolysis-tumorrelationship”: a novel hypothesis for the etiology andpathogenesis of tumor

肿瘤是当今社会的多发病和致死率最高的疾病之一，为了从本源上理解肿瘤的病因病机，并对肿瘤的预防和治疗有所帮助，笔者从中医理论和现代分子生物学出发，在借鉴大量医学文献和笔者的临床体会基础上，发现了脾虚、线粒体和有氧糖酵解在肿瘤方面的关联性，提出了“脾虚—线粒体—有氧糖酵解—肿瘤关联”病因病机新假说，以期为解释中医“益气健脾和扶正抗癌”的科学内涵提供依据。
Nowadays tumor is one of the frequently occurring diseases with a highest fatality rate. In order tounderstand the etiology and pathogenesis as well as in an attempt to improve the prevention and treatment of tumor, theauthors presented a novel hypothesis that there is a relationship of tumor with spleen deficiency, mitochondria and aerobicglycolysis, based on the review of a great number of medical literatures and the conclusion of clinical experiences. The newhypothesis provided theoretical basis for explaining the scientific connotation of “replenishing qi, invigorating the spleenand strengthening the body to resist tumor” from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine theory combined withmodern molecular biology
