“三亲育子”技术的伦理争议及对策探析

“三亲育子”技术的运用可以减少某些严重遗传性疾病的患病风险，帮助受线粒体遗传疾病困扰的家庭生育健康后代。但“三亲育子”技术在给受困家庭带来希望的同时，也引发了如技术风险、技术滥用、破坏公平、漠视责任、亵渎生命、危及后代生存等一系列伦理问题。本文从基因治疗的视角，对“三亲育子”技术的潜在风险进行伦理分析，并探讨在研究和运用“三亲育子”技术时应遵循的伦理原则。
The “three-parent technique” can help reduce the prevalence risk of some serious hereditary diseases, andalso help the families with mitochondrial genetic diseases to reproduce healthy offsprings. However, when the “three-parenttechnique” brought a new hope to those unfortunate families, it also aroused a sequence of ethical issues such as technicalrisk, abuse of technology, undermining fairness and justice, disregarding responsibilities, desecrating lives, threatening thesurvival of later generations and so on. From the perspective of gene therapy, this article made an ethical analysis on theproblems and risks that the implementation of the technique might cause, and discussed the basic ethical principles peopleshould follow when studying and using the “three-parent technique” in the future
