肿瘤诊断模式初探
An attempt at novel cancer diagnostic pattern

传统的肿瘤诊断模式是某一时间点的肿瘤状态描述，已不适合肿瘤个体化治疗的要求。我们提出的新肿瘤诊断模式在传统诊断内容中增加了分子诊断、治疗模式和疗效评价，具有系统、个体、全程、清晰和“树形”结构的特征，反映了肿瘤的个体化诊断，值得临床推广应用。
Traditional diagnostic pattern of cancer is about the cancer status at a time point. The pattern can not meetthe requirements of individualized treatment of cancer. In this paper, we raised a novel cancer diagnostic pattern that addsmolecular typing, therapeutic regimen and therapeutic response evaluation in the traditional diagnostic pattern. The newpattern is characterized by systematical, individualized, full-course, clear and “tree”-like structures. The individualizeddiagnostic pattern of cancer is worth being widely applied clinically
