胰岛素在非酒精性脂肪肝病（NAFLD）中的作用被广泛关注，并且被认为是肝内脂肪变性的首要因 素。根据这一理论进行脂肪肝的治疗，效果各有不同，对于胰岛素在NAFLD的作用则呈现不同认识。文章从胰岛 素水平与肝内脂肪变化、胰岛素与肝内脂肪积聚和胰岛素分泌等方面阐述其在脂肪肝发生的始动作用和与脂肪肝 的相互关系。
The role of insulin in the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease has drawn wide concerns. Insulin is considered as the primary factor of fatty degeneration in the liver. But the clinical outcomes of fatty liver therapy based on insulin are not consistent with this theory. Therefore, there are various understandings regarding the role of insulin in the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
