CO2在人体内代谢是“碱”不是“酸”

Abstract:
凡涉及人体“酸碱平衡”的教科书,都认为生物氧化产生的CO2可与H2O结合成H2CO3,是机体代谢产 生最多的酸。然而CO2在人体内的主要存在形式是碱性物质HCO3 -,在血液中HCO3 -浓度比H2CO3高20倍,24 h由 CO2转化的HCO3 -是血液HCO3 -含量的110倍。CO2维持了血液HCO3 -的恒定,维持了血液pH=7.4;可见CO2在健康人 体内发挥着碱性物质的作用。因此,CO2是碱不是酸。
Every text book when talking about the acid-base equilibrium considers that the carbon dioxide (CO2) generated by biological oxidation can turn into carbonic acid (H2CO3) as reacting with water, which results in the most acid of human body. But in fact, the main form of CO2 in human body is bicarbonate ions (HCO3 - ). Concentration of the basic compound is twenty times higher than that of H2CO3 in human blood. HCO3 - transformed from CO2 within 24 h is one hundred and ten times of HCO3 - in the blood. In this case, we can know that it is CO2 that keeps the concentration of HCO3 - in the blood being constant and the pH value of blood being 7.4. The metabolic result of carbon dioxide in human body is base instead of acid
