The issue of the corridor doctor has not only unveiled over-treatment, but also reflected multiple rolesof doctors and conflicts among these roles. Doctors’ motivation and initiative may be dampened by the role conflicts.This article thoroughly analyzed the types and reasons of role conflicts reflected in the issue, thereby proposing somesuggestions on self-adjustment and social controls to alleviate the role conflicts of doctors and establish a harmoniousmedical environment
