Abstract:

中医学是基于整体观进行水谷精微的研究的,“水谷精微”是对食物中所有入血活性成分的总称,西 医学是基于“解剖式”的研究认识营养素的,因此营养素是一个精确的称谓。消化吸收的营养素是水谷精微的构 成部分,是基于目前的技术条件下被人们发现的一部分。两者既有来源、转化和功能上的共同点,也存在着内容 和研究方法的区别,为两者的整合提供了物质基础;整体与部分的辩证关系为两者的整合提供了理论基础。
Essence of water and grain, a general name of active ingredients in food that can be absorbed into the blood, is researched by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) based on the holism. Nutrient is understood anatomically by western medicine, so nutrient is an accurate name. Nutrients that are digested and adsorbed are the parts of the essence of water and grain, and the parts that have been found by current technology. The nutrients and the essence of water and grain have common features in the sources, transformations and functions, and also difference in the contents and research methods, which provide the material basis for their integration. The dialectical relation between the whole and the part provides the theoretical basis for the integration of the two concepts
