Nursing is one of the most stressful occupations in the health care industry. Nowadays, the turnover rate of nursing staff is getting higher and higher. Most of them have a low sense of career identity. This would inevitably affect the quality of hospital care, and also affect the working mood and mental health of in-service staff. This article aims to understand the main sources of occupational stress of nurses in military general hospitals and the main factors influencing occupational stress, also put forward specific countermeasures from two aspects of hospital and nursing staff themselves
