医学生死亡教育的困境与出路
Difficulties and solutions in medical students’ death education

死亡教育是医学生生命教育的重要内容。开展死亡教育，可缓解医学生对死亡的恐惧感，激发他们 对生命的敬畏，进而提升生命品质。目前，医学生死亡教育总体上存在供需不对等；医学院校对死亡教育的重视 度不够；医学生对死亡教育的认知度不足等问题。为走出困境，医学院校需要转变教育理念，凸显人文情怀；整 合多学科资源，构建内容体系；遵循育人规律，坚持理论教育与实践体验、知识传授与情感引导、学校教育与个 体自觉相结合的原则，提高教育的实效性。
Death education is a required course for medical students. To carry out death education can alleviate their fear of death, make them revere life, thereby improving the quality of life. At present, the supply and demand of medical students’ death education is imbalanced. And medical schools are not attaching enough importance to death education. Besides, medical students are lack of cognition on death education. To overcome these difficulties, medical schools should change the education ideas, and integrate the multidisciplinary resources. They should also combine theory education with practice experience, knowledge-transference with emotion guidance, school education with personal self-discipline, so as to improve the effectiveness of education
