关于骨折成角方向和测量的商榷
A discussion on direction and measurement of fracture angulation

骨折的成角移位，在成角方向和测量上一直以来比较模糊，特别是在成角方向的判定上存在着不同的 观点。本文探讨了骨折成角方向的确定和测量，以骨折远段向哪个方向移位判定向哪个方向成角，测量的角度是 骨折远段骨的原始轴线（也就是近段骨轴线延长线）与骨折远段之间的夹角，建议将这个角以“移位角”命名， 以统一骨折成角移位的方向和测量。
In terms of the angular displacement of fracture, there has been different views about the direction and measurement of angulation, especially in the determination of angular direction. It is necessary to reach a consensus on the determination and measurement of fracture angular direction. In my opinion, the angular direction is defined as the direction of displacement of the distal segment of the fracture, and the angle is measured between the distal segment of the fracture and its original line (that is the extensive line of proximal segment of the fracture). It is suggested that the angle be named “shift angle” to unify the determination and measurement of fracture angular direction
