脂代谢在肝癌发生发展过程中作用机制的探讨

Abstract:
代谢重组与肿瘤发生、发展互为因果关系。随着肿瘤代谢组学研究的不断深入,人们发现肿瘤的发 生、发展过程与代谢密切相关。一方面,致癌因素破坏机体的代谢平衡,诱发代谢重组,细胞发生癌变;另一方 面,重组后的代谢系统介导多种生物学行为,参与癌细胞的增殖、侵袭和转移。脂代谢是机体代谢中的重要一 环,肝脏是脂代谢的主要场所,肝癌的发生、发展机制与脂代谢的关系,目前尚未厘清。本文引用病因学,结合 代谢重组理论,探讨肝癌发生、发展整个过程中各个重要节点与脂代谢的相关性,以期为肝癌的预防和治疗提供 新的思路和依据。
There is a reciprocal causation between metabolic reprogramming and tumor occurrence and development. With the continuous deepening of tumor metabonomic research, it is found that the occurrence and development of tumor is closely related to metabolism. On the one hand, carcinogenic factors destroy the body’s metabolic balance and induce metabolic reprogramming so as to promote the occurrence of cell carcinogenesis; on the other hand, the remodeled metabolic system mediates a variety of biological behaviors that are involved in the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of cancer cells. Lipid metabolism is an important part of metabolism. Liver is the main organ of fat metabolism. The relationship between the occurrence, development mechanism of liver cancer and lipid metabolism is far less certain now. From the perspective of etiology and metabolic reprogramming theory, this article discussed the correlation between the lipid metabolism and the development process of liver cancer in the hope of offering a new idea for the prevention and treatment of liver cancer
