国内越来越多的临床医师正在采用更昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹，但更昔洛韦的药理研究和临床报道均缺乏 足够的证据，且并未被列入带状疱疹临床建议或指南，同时还有增加巨细胞病毒对其耐药的风险，弊大于利，不 宜推广应用于治疗带状疱疹。
At home, more and more clinicians are using ganciclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster, but there is a lack of adequate evidence from the pharmacological research or clinical reports. Ganciclovir is not included in the clinical recommendations or guidelines of herpes zoster. In addition, it might increase the risk of cytomegalovirus’ resistance to it. There is more harm than good, so ganciclovir should not be applied in the treatment of herpes zoster
