幽门螺杆菌（H. pylori）胃炎京都全球共识发布后，H. pylori根除适应证大大放宽，我国也有此趋势。 对此，本文从胃内微生物群及H. pylori感染群体、致胃癌程度、与胃癌以外疾病关系、目前根除效果等方面提出 异议，认为某些特定群体根除H. pylori是合理的，但范围无原则扩大，尤其是H. pylori感染者全民根除治疗，至少 在目前还需要特别慎重考虑。
Along with the release of Kyoto Global Consensus on Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) Gastritis, the indications of H. pylori eradication have been expanded widely. There has been such a growing tendency in our country. Facing the situation, we put forwards our queries about H. pylori eradication indications from the following aspects: a very large H. pylori-affected population, balance of gastric microbiota, carcinogenic effect of H. pylori, its correlations with gastroenterological diseases except for gastric cancer, the effect of eradication, and so on. We think it is reasonable for some special part of H. pylori-infected patients to receive eradication therapy. However, for more patients without strict screening, even all H. pylori-positive individuals, H. pylori eradication therapy should be offered with a very careful consideration
