高校贫困大学生就业心理问题及对策
Psychological problems and countermeasures ofimpoverished undergraduates’ employment

当前高校毕业生就业形势日益严峻，贫困大学生就业已经成为高校毕业生就业工作中的难点问题。本文采用问卷调查和访谈相结合的方法，对高校贫困大学生的家庭情况、消费状况、综合素质、就业期望、心理特征进行了研究。针对高校贫困大学生就业出现的问题进行分析，最后提出了完善就业环境，促进贫困大学生就业；提高贫困生综合素质，增强就业竞争实力；加强贫困生就业指导，健全就业心理辅导等系列对策。
In recent years, undergraduates are faced with an increasingly grim employment situation. The employmentdifficulties are even more prominent for the impoverished undergraduates. The present study was designed to investigatethe family status, consumption status, comprehensive quality, employment expectation and psychological characteristicsin the impoverished undergraduates by questionnaires and interviews. Based on the analysis pertaining to the employmentproblems for the impoverished undergraduates, we put forward some countermeasures to promote their employment:improve generally the employment environment of university students; strengthen the comprehensive quality andemployment competition power of the students; enhance employment instruction and provide psychological counselingservice for the impoverished students
