叙事医学的审美进路
An aesthetic approach to narrative medicine

叙事医学是西方医学人文学科“文学与医学”的最新发展，认为疾病是以故事的方式展开的，医生的倾听阐释能力和技术救治能力同等重要。审美进路关注的是疾病的意义阐释和情感处理，从叙事学获取启发，将疾病意义刻画为症状、文化、社会、情感四个层面，将疾病体验从情节、时间、身份、视角等维度进行叙事化，从而产生因果论和目的论含义。医学的目的既是控制疾病过程，也是照护疾病体验。
Narrative medicine, a new stage of “Literature and Medicine” to rehumanize medicine, holds that illnessunfolds in stories, and that physicians’ interpretation is as important as technical treatment. Drawing on the frameworkdeveloped by narratology, the aesthetic approach examines the hermeneutics of illness meaning on symptomatic, cultural,social, and emotional levels, and the narrativization of illness experience in terms of plot, temporality, identity andperspective, in order to expose causal and teleological implications.
