论“医闹”的成因与对策
Causes and countermeasures of “medical trouble”

近年来医患纠纷呈逐年上升的态势，严重扰乱了医疗秩序及社会治安，医患矛盾愈演愈烈。本文从社会、医院、患者三方面剖析了“医闹”产生的根本原因，并积极寻找对策，从而妥善解决医疗纠纷，促进医学的健康发展和社会主义社会的和谐。
In the recent years, medical disputes and doctor-patient conflicts become more and more serious andviolent, which seriously disturbs the medical and social order. In this paper, we analyzed the reasons for the “medicaltrouble” from the perspectives of society, hospital and patients. In addition, we sought countermeasures actively so as toproperly resolve medical disputes and promote the healthy development of medicine and the harmony of socialist society
