关于我国医患关系现状的思考
Thinking about the status of doctor-patient relationship in China

我国医患关系近年来异常紧张，医患双方和政府机构都认为自己的处境艰难。是什么导致目前的状况呢？我们过去所理解的医患关系是否发生了变化？作为一名基层医生，不断思考后发现：改革开放带来经济腾飞的同时，国民的思想也在发生变化，医患关系构建的要素如医学教育、社会环境、体制、道德的影响依然存在，但各自发挥的作用和所占比重在新时期发生了微妙的变化。因此，只有深刻理解现代医患关系的内涵，我们才能把握正确的方向，国家医疗改革才能有的放矢，运用现代医疗模式才可能实现社会的和谐和大众的健康。
Doctor-patient relationship is extremely tense in recent years. Doctors, patients and government agencies allcomplain of their respective difficulties. What leads to the current situation? Is today’s doctor-patient relationship differentfrom the one we thought in the past? As a doctor in a primary hospital, I constantly think about the relationship betweendoctors and patients. Reform and Opening-up have boosted economic growth, and meanwhile, the national ideology hasalso been changing. As constituents of the doctor-patient relationship, medical education, social environment, institutions,morality, still exist, but the proportions and effects of the respective roles have subtly changed in the new era. Therefore,only by deeply understanding the meanings of modern doctor-patient relationship, can we take the correct direction,national health care reform be implemented with definite targets, the modern medical patterns be put into practice, andfinally social harmony and public health be realized
