中药+质子泵抑制剂：根除幽门螺杆菌治疗 的新方案探讨
Chinese medicine plus proton pump inhibitor: a new Helicobacter pylori eradication scheme

幽门螺杆菌（H. pylori）感染与多种胃部疾病密切相关，目前西医根除治疗的根除率逐年下降，中医 对脾胃湿热证的传统认识与H. pylori致病特点较一致，对于治疗H. pylori感染的研究也取得一定成果，但尚缺乏一 个公认的有效组合方案。本文通过理论阐述，探讨了中药联合质子泵抑制剂作为根除H. pylori的组合方案的可行 性，认为在中医药治疗的同时，需考虑胃内pH值，重视质子泵抑制剂的作用。
Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection is closely related to many kinds of stomach diseases. H. pylori eradication rate of western medicine treatment is decreasing year by year. The understanding of damp heat syndrome of spleen and stomach in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is consistent with the pathogenic characteristics of H. pylori. Researches on the TCM treatment of H. pylori infection have also made some achievements, but an accepted and effective combination plan is still lacking. This article discussed the feasibility of taking the combination of TCM and proton pump inhibitor as an H. pylori eradication scheme through theoretical analysis. We need to take into account the pH value in the stomach, and pay attention to the role of proton pump inhibitor at the same time of the Chinese medicine treatment
