应用髋部的复合骨折名称应规范
Normative use of compound fracture names of the hip

股骨近端骨折、髋部骨折、髋关节周围骨折、髋部周围骨折等疾病名称的使用在骨科学术界长期纠 结，相关论文用名各行其是，且繁杂紊乱有碍学科规范形象。本文就其梳理提出商榷：股骨近端骨折是股骨颈和 转子间骨折的直接复合名称，应以其为首选体现名副其实与严谨；髋部骨折具体表述这两个病种并不准确，不宜 首选；髋关节周围骨折指关节两侧端骨折，若论文病种仅限于股骨近端应慎重；髋部周围骨折在词义上指髋部以 外的骨折，而非髋部本身，是有语病的名称，不可用。用名相符才能让社会大众读得懂，这是人们对医疗服务的 最低期求。
The use of “fracture of the proximal femur” “hip fracture” “fracture of the hip joint periphery” and “fracture of the hip periphery” has confused the researchers of orthopedics for a long time. The use of these names in related papers sometimes depends on the author’s own preference, which goes against the academic preciseness and rigorism. Hereon we reviewed the related references and put forward some suggestions. “Fracture of the proximal femur” is a compound name of femoral neck fracture and intertrochanteric fracture. It should be the first choice due to its accuracy. It’s inaccurate to use “hip fracture” to represent femoral neck fracture and intertrochanteric fracture. “Fracture of the hip joint periphery” represents the fracture at the two ends of the hip joint. It should be carefully used when referring to the fracture at the proximal end of the femur. “Fracture of the hip periphery” means literally the fracture outside of the hip. So it’s improper and unusable. Proper and accurate use of the medical terms is to make the public to understand easily, which is the basic requirement towards medical service
