幽门螺杆菌（H. pylori）感染仍然是一种感染率高、传播范围广、与很多疾病相关的细菌感染，最新 的京都共识更是首次将H. pylori感染胃炎定义为传染性疾病。本文从传染性疾病的角度探讨了H. pylori感染的防治 策略，并认为综合多方面因素考虑，对H. pylori感染采取整合医学模式指导下的防治结合、重视预防、中西医并 用的治疗策略，更加合理有效。
Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection is a kind of bacterial infection which has a high infection rate and a wide range of transmission. H. pylori can lead to serious consequences. H. pylori infection has been defined as an infectious disease irrespective of symptom and complications in Kyoto global consensus report on H. pylori gastritis. This article discusses the prevention and control strategies of H. pylori infection from the perspective of infectious diseases. We should attach a great importance to the prevention while combining the prevention and treatment of H. pylori infection, and integrate the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine under the guidance of the holistic integrative medicine. This is more reasonable and effective
