关于普通感冒发病机制的新思考

Abstract:
目前,人们把受凉-抵抗力下降-病毒感染看作是感冒的发病过程。受凉后人可以很快感冒,但人体抵 抗力能很快降低吗?病毒会如此快速繁殖吗?自然界任何物质都会因温度而热胀冷缩,进化到最高等恒温动物的 人,在受到寒冷刺激时不仅有“冷缩”反应,其自组织系统更有适应环境的生物反应。这是保证内环境稳定的必 然要求。所以,感冒是人体对温度这样的物理刺激所表现的生理防御调节,而非病毒感染。感冒不需要抗病毒治 疗,改善环境温度就可以缓解或终止感冒症状。生理调节过度引发的自身免疫性疾病同样可以自限而无需特别治 疗。通过自组织系统辩证可知,感冒过程是机体对冷刺激的反应性调节,并且机体在过度炎热时同样会做出相应 的应答,中暑正是这一反向调节过程,是自组织系统对热的应激反应。
Common cold has been considered as a consecutive process of catching a chill, immunity declining and virus infecting. However, after catching a chill, can human immunity deteriorate so fast and can virus reproduce so quickly? Anything in the nature will expand with heat and contract with cold based on various temperature, and human, having evolved to be the highest homeotherm, not only contracts with cold when suffering cold stimulation, but also has self-organizing system with biological response to the environment, which is a certain request to guarantee a stable internal environment. Therefore, common cold is an adjustment of human body’s physiological defense to physical stimulation like temperature, but not the virus infection. Antiviral therapy is not in need for common cold, and improving environmental temperature can soothe and even end the symptoms. Autoimmune diseases, resulted from excessive physical adjustment, can also self-limit without special treatment. Through the self-organizing system dialectics, common cold is human body’s reactivity adjustment to the cold stimulation, and human body will also adopt the corresponding reaction to the excessive heat, and sunstroke is right the converse physiologic response and the reaction of self-organizing system to hot stimulation
