By introducing USA food and drug administration (FDA) with regard to the organization setting, lawmaking and free discretion promotion to deal with the drug shortage, this article is aimed at providing reference for ourcountry, and ultimately ameliorating the shortage state of drugs, enhancing the accessibility to drugs to guarantee thenormal drug use and promoting the development of medical and health services in China
