本文从脾胃功能及病理表现讨论了脾胃病的范畴，得出现在的脾胃病（科）不符合传统中医脾胃病的 概念，使之产生了学术碎片，不利于中医学的发展，并提出了重组脾胃病的思路及意义。
Based on the functions of the spleen and stomach and the pathological manifestations of spleen and stomach disease, this paper discusses the category of the spleen and stomach disease. We think that what the spleen and stomach disease (branch) refers to now is not in conformity with the concept of the spleen and stomach disease in traditional Chinese medicine. The whole concept has been fragmented. The academic fragmentation is not conducive to the development of traditional Chinese medicine. We put forward the method and significance of the reorganization of the spleen and stomach disease
