对“复方丹参滴丸临床应用中国专家建议” 的商榷
A discussion about “Chinese experts’ recommendations on clinical use of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills”

本文对“复方丹参滴丸临床应用中国专家建议”中的“中国专家建议”表述是否失当、对“建议”中“在 硝酸甘油等西药常规治疗的基础上，辅用该中药”的提法提出质疑；同时，笔者发现该文Meta分析数据来源的可靠性缺 陷导致结论的正确性值得怀疑；认为“建议”一文中擅自扩大复方丹参滴丸临床适应证及对复方丹参滴丸临床不良反 应发生率采用的计算方法是不恰当的，应当予以更正。本文对上述问题进行分析，以期引起各界人士的关注。
The author queries whether the formulations of “Chinese experts’ recommendations” and “concomitant use of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills (CDDP) on the base of the conventional treatment of nitroglycerin or other western medicines” are proper or not in the paper entitled “Chinese experts’ recommendations on clinical use of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills”. Meanwhile, the author doubts the correctness of the conclusion drawn from the Meta-analysis, and thinks it incorrect to unauthorizedly expand the clinical indications of CDDP. What’s more, the computation methods of adverse effect incidences of CDDP are also inappropriate. The author analyzes the questions mentioned above, expecting to draw an attention of the community
