Abstract:

糖尿病胃轻瘫是糖尿病的常见并发症之一。西医治疗主要以控制血糖及给予胃肠动力药物,但症状反复,临床效果不显。传统中医治疗,或有据上、中、下之三消模式,或有针对阴虚、燥火、痰浊、瘀血之病因施药,或有以肺、脾、胃、肾之脏腑辨证。然笔者细想临床所见,反思症法药所用,认为当重“通”法,须知胃为阳腑,而“腑以通为用”也,在临床应用中亦屡获成效。
Diabetic gastroparesis is one of the common complications of diabetics. The treatment of western medicinemostly emphasizes controlling blood sugar or using gastrointestinal motility drugs, but often can not gain effective clinicaloutcomes due to recurrent symptom. On the other hand, traditional Chinese medicine may focus on Sanxiao pattern ofShang, Zhong, Xia, or stress prescribing based on pathogenesis like Yin deficiency, dry heat, phlegm and dampness,blood stasis, or differentiating the symptoms of organs such as lung, spleen, stomach and kidney. However, combiningand rethinking our own clinical experience, we put forward that, in treating diabetic gastroparesis, we should emphasize“Tong” regulation. As we have known, traditional Chinese medicine considers Wei (stomach) as Yang Fu (organ), whichcharacterizes “Tong” as being healthy
