医学就是善的吗？

医学是随着人类对疾病痛苦的最初表达并在减轻或驱除这种疾病痛苦的美好愿望中形成和发展起来的，由此决定了医学在本质上是善的。然而，现实中与医学本质善相对应的恶的、不道德的医学在医学领域却是客观存在的。为此，重视和加强对医学进行整体的善恶审视和道德评价，充分实现医学伦理道德的扬善抑恶功能，从而纠正医学领域的恶的因素，彰显和维护医学的善的本质，既是医学伦理学必须承担的重要学科使命，亦是医学伦理学赖以安身立命的合法性依据之所在。
Medicine came into being and developed with the first expression of pain from diseases and the goodwishes of easing or getting rid of disease pain in human beings, so medicine should be exactly good in nature. However,in contrast to good medicine in essence, the evil and immoral medicine does exist in reality. Therefore, in order to correctthe evil factors in the field of medicine and maintain the good nature of medicine, medical ethics should take the missionof paying more attention to and strengthening the whole good and evil review and moral evaluation of medicine and fullyexerting the function of medical ethics promoting the good and inhibiting the evil, which is also the legitimacy basis for theexistence and development of medical ethics
