近年来医患矛盾不断升级，媒体的报道在一定程度上加剧了医患矛盾的发展。本文从医患矛盾现状分析、医患矛盾与新媒体关系等方面入手，探讨医疗机构和新媒体在缓解医患矛盾中应该采取的对策与措施。
With escalating doctor-patient conflicts in recent years, the media, to a certain extent, contributed to thedevelopment of doctor-patient contradiction. This article analyzed the present situation of doctor-patient contradiction andthe relationships between doctor-patient contradiction and new media, and discussed the policies and measures that medicalinstitutions and new media should take for reducing the doctor-patient contradiction
