虾血有效成分治疗瘢痕的可行性分析
Feasibility of treating the scar with shrimp blood active ingredients

增生性瘢痕不但有碍美观，且影响关节活动，对患者的日常生活造成不可忽视的影响。但现有增生性 瘢痕的治疗方法费用昂贵、易复发，且副作用大，因此寻求新的、非创伤性、副作用少、费用低的治疗瘢痕的方 法是临床亟待解决的难题。我们课题组发现虾血20-羟基蜕皮酮可通过减少成纤维细胞中Smad3表达来抑制瘢痕增 生，该激素在治疗瘢痕方面安全且副作用小，具有广阔的医学应用价值。
Hyperplastic scar, not only is disfiguring, but also may affect the joint activities. It brings an unignorable worry to patients’ daily life. But the existing treatment of hyperplastic scar is expensive and easy to relapse, even with side effects. So it is urgent to look for a new non-invasive method with fewer side effects and lower cost. We found that 20-hydroxyecdysone in the shrimp blood could suppress the scar hyperplasia by reducing Smad3 expression in fibroblasts.
